The Fit 5 indoor pedal allows multiple users with multiple shoe types to easily share one indoor fitness spinning bike without tools or changing pedals. Fit 5’s design provides ultra-durable, secure and smooth pedaling whether you use clipless Shimano SPD, Shimano SPD SL, Look Delta, Look ARC, Look Keo, or even sneakers. Simply slide the indicator to match your clip-in cleat type, or snap in our sturdy nylon platform adapter. To remove the platform adapter, simply press the release lever and lift the platform. Industrial-grade ABEC 5 bearings and robust large-diameter chrome-moly spindles guarantee years of buttery-smooth spinning. 9/16” threaded axles. Perfect for home gyms and commercial studios alike.

The Fit 5 Pedal solves the cleat and pedal compatibility issue impacting indoor cyclists. 20+ years ago, Delta cleats were widely used for outdoor road cycling, but aren't anymore. While outdoor pedals have improved in comfort, ergonomics, strength and safety, in particular with the Look Keo and SPD-SL, the indoor market is still using the outdated Delta cleat. Before Fit 5’s innovative solution, there had yet to be a pedal system that allowed popular indoor and outdoor cycling cleats to be used with ONE pedal system.
